Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using CADDIE, you agree to these Terms of Service. CADDIE is operated by Bjerch-Andresen Golf (ENK), a sole proprietorship registered in Norway.

2. Service Description

CADDIE is a personal coaching program for college golf recruiting, operated by Mikkel Bjerch-Andresen. Mikkel has 7 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience (Stephen F. Austin, Texas Tech, and Baylor University) and is personally available to subscribers throughout their subscription period.

The service includes:

  • Recruitment Playbook — a 7-step curriculum covering NCAA rules, coach outreach, campus visits, and offer evaluation.
  • Personal email reviews — subscribers draft practice emails to college coaches and receive individual written feedback on content, tone, and strategy.
  • Ask Mikkel — direct access to ask questions and receive personal guidance at any time during your subscription.
  • Pipeline guidance — a tool to organize your school list, with the option for Mikkel to review and advise on your strategy.
  • School database — a reference resource with information on 1,800+ US college golf programs, used as a research tool within the coaching program.

The goal is to teach families to navigate the college golf recruiting process independently.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to and be responsible for your use of the service. Most CADDIE accounts are expected to involve a parent or guardian.
  • One account per person. Sharing account access is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

  • CADDIE offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute CADDIE data or content.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use.

6. NCAA Compliance and Eligibility

  • Not an agency: CADDIE is an educational coaching service, not a recruiting agency, agent, or representative as defined under NCAA Bylaw 12.3. CADDIE does not contact college coaches on behalf of student-athletes.
  • Family-driven outreach: CADDIE teaches families to conduct their own research and communication. All contact with college coaches is initiated by the family or student-athlete.
  • Eligibility unaffected: Subscriptions are paid by the family for coaching and educational services, not by a third party on behalf of the athlete.
  • Compliance is your responsibility: CADDIE provides guidance on NCAA rules and timelines within its curriculum, but users are responsible for their own compliance with NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules.
  • Public data: All school, roster, and coach data in the CADDIE database is compiled from publicly available sources.
  • No affiliation: CADDIE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any institution listed in the service.

7. Personal Coaching and Reviews

Personal coaching interactions - including email reviews, Ask Mikkel responses, pipeline reviews, and curriculum guidance - are included with your subscription. Coaching feedback represents professional opinions and recommendations based on experience, not guarantees of recruiting outcomes.

8. Data Accuracy

We strive to keep school data, rankings, and roster information accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Data is sourced from public records, athletic conferences, and third-party providers. Always verify critical information with the schools directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

CADDIE is provided “as is.” We are not liable for recruiting outcomes, decisions made based on our data or coaching, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting mikkel@mikkelgolf.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CADDIE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
