1. Who We Are

CADDIE is a personal coaching service for college golf recruiting, operated by Bjerch-Andresen Golf (ENK), a sole proprietorship registered in Norway. Contact: mikkel@mikkelgolf.com.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Profile data: graduation year, home country, and WAGR ranking you optionally provide.
• Usage data: schools you save, pipeline status, and checklist progress.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never your card details.
• Communications: coaching inquiries, practice email submissions, and review submissions you send through the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the CADDIE service and its features.
• To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe.
• To send you service-related notifications (account confirmation, password resets).
• To respond to your coaching inquiries, consultation requests, and review submissions.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the US) with row-level security policies. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel: hosting and deployment.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a Norwegian business, we comply with the GDPR. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained so you can resubscribe. You can request full deletion at any time.

8. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views, referrers, and web performance metrics. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual users across sites. No cookie consent is required.

We also use essential cookies for authentication session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
